The college has been established as one of the remarkable degree college, an initiative of University Grant Commission (UGC), New Delhi, Government of Punjab and Panjab University, Chandigarh to provide the best and affordable education at doorstep of residents of educationally backward district of the state. The college is situated on Ferozepur - Zira road at a distance of 3 kilometer near village Mohkam Khan Wala.
The college was inaugurated on September 26, 2016 and in the 7th academic session 2022-23 the total strength of the college reached more than 800 students in B.A, B.com courses. The college is committed to provide quality education with best infrastructure facilities to the students so that they may raise high in life of different spheres.
